How do I pick up my race packet (bib number, T-shirt, details)?

There will be several Race Packet Pickup days for participants to come and retrieve their race packets. Click our menu tab for pickup days for details.

Can I pick up my race bib on race day?

 Due to request of participants and the fact that registration will be open until the day before race, there will be a check in table on race day for packet pick-up. We are asking that the runners needing to pick up their packet report  between 7:00-7:30 a.m. to keep things organized and to ensure race starts promptly at 8:00 am. 

How do I pick up my race packet if I am coming in from out of town?

One of our race packet pickups will be held on the day/eve before the race. If you cannot make that pickup, please click here to contact us to arrange an alternate plan smartrun@gmail.com

Can my registration/ticket be transferred to someone else?

YES, please click here to contact us and explain your situation.  We will take care of things. NOTE: The deadline to transfer is May 30th, 2018

What is the refund policy?

There are no refunds. However, you are able to transfer your registration. The deadline to transfer is May 30th, 2018.

Is this race only for teachers and students?

Heck no! This race is for everyone!!!
